Returns and claims

At R&J Hub Custom Phone Cases, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy carefully to understand eligibility, timelines, and how to submit a claim.

 

1. Return & Claim Window

All return or refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • All claims must be submitted through our official Claims Inquiry Link.

 

2. How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request:

  1. Submit your claim through our Claims Inquiry Link within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Include photos if requested to help us review your claim.

Once your claim is received, you will be contacted within 24–48 hours regarding the resolution.

 

3. Eligible Returns

We accept most returns, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
  • Issues caused by an error on our part

Depending on the situation, we will either:

  • Send a replacement phone case, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion based on the circumstances of the claim.

 

4. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Orders submitted more than 30 days after delivery
  • Negligent or accidental damage, including drops, scratches, water damage, or misuse
  • Incorrect phone case size or model selected by the customer

Please double-check your phone model and order details before completing your purchase.

 

5. Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved, items may be required to be returned in their original condition unless otherwise instructed. Additional return instructions will be provided during the claim resolution process.
